AMERICAN DINER STYLE SOUL BURGERS & HOTDOGS
Chef Dave and Mad Geordie's Burgers and Dogs have teamed up, yet again, to bring you deliciously delectable and loaded retro Soul Burgers and Motown Hotdogs served with chunky JoJo-style Potato Wedges with a special African-Caribbean-American curry gravy- mmmm!
Our Soul Burgers are loaded with Australian Beef Patties, Smoked American-style Cheese, Maple-cured Back Bacon, Fried Onions, Salad Onions, Pickles, Mustard, Ketchup and our secret Soul Salsa. Our Motown Dogs are loaded with special Chilli Cheese Sausages, Fried Onions, Pickles, Jalapenos (optional), Mustard, Ketchup and our Soul Salsa.
COCKTAILS & BAR
On the night there will be a full Bar Service with Boundary Island Award Winning Beers, Sparkling Wines, Red and Whites and premixers. We also have, by popular demand, our 2 fabulous themed Cocktails:
The Berry Gordy Motown Mix and The Motown Blue - Yah Baby!
For now, we'll keep their unique recipes close to our chests and all will be revealed on the night. These 2 beauties were a massive hit in 2025 and 2026.
